Cancellation Policy

1. 1-Click Instant Cancellation
At DropMind Tech Inc. (“DropMind”), we believe in 100% merchant flexibility. You maintain complete control over your subscription and can cancel automatic billing at any time with zero cancellation fees or phone call requirements.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription in 30 Seconds
- Log into your DropMind dashboard at dropmind.io/login.
- Click on your Profile Avatar in the sidebar and select Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm. Your subscription status will immediately update to “Cancelled (Access Expires at Period End)”.
3. Service Access After Cancellation
- Active Until Period Expiration: When you cancel, your account remains 100% active until the end of your current paid monthly or annual billing cycle. You will not be billed again.
- No Penalty Fees: There are no cancellation fees, contract lock-ins, or hidden exit penalties.
- Data Retention: Your saved products, favorites, and research lists are safely archived for 12 months in case you choose to reactivate.
If you are an approved member of the DropMind In-House Affiliate Program, cancelling your paid subscription or trial expiration DOES NOT lock you out of your Affiliate Dashboard.
Approved partners retain permanent access to copy referral links (`/r/[code]`), track direct clicks in real-time, and request commission payouts anytime at dropmind.io/affiliate-dashboard.
