Notice & Takedown Procedure for Copyright Owners & Authorized Agents
1. DMCA Safe Harbor Statement
DropMind Tech Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, and digital publishers. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), DropMind maintains a strict Notice and Takedown procedure to respond promptly to claims of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Analytical Indexing & Fair Use
DropMind operates an analytical product intelligence index that scans publicly available promotional ad creatives and e-commerce listings for market analysis purposes. DropMind does NOT claim ownership over third-party product photos or ad media indexed on our search engine.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content indexed on DropMind infringes your copyrighted work, please submit a written notification containing:
- 1. Physical or Electronic Signature: Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- 2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: Description or registration link of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- 3. Exact URL Location: The exact DropMind URL or product ID containing the material to be removed.
- 4. Contact Information: Your address, phone number, and official business email address.
- 5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, DropMind may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright holder files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with DMCA requirements, DropMind will terminate user accounts of subscribers who are deemed repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property.
