Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Merchant”, or “Subscriber”) and DropMind Tech Inc. (“DropMind”, “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By registering an account, initiating a 2-day free trial, or accessing dropmind.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Compliance Guidelines.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

DropMind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for legitimate e-commerce research. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from DropMind web application or Chrome extension.
• Share, resell, or sub-license your account credentials to third parties or unauthorized team members.
• Use automated bots or crawlers to overload DropMind servers or scrape proprietary Viral Velocity Scores.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The DropMind name, logo (isometric 3D wireframe cube in Dark Navy & Hot Pink), source code, design tokens, algorithms, and documentation are exclusive intellectual property of DropMind Tech Inc.

Third-party product photos, TikTok ad videos, and trademarks referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective copyright holders. DropMind acts strictly as an analytical intelligence index under fair use and our DMCA Policy.

5. In-House Affiliate Program Terms

Users approved for the DropMind In-House Affiliate Program earn a 20-30% lifetime recurring commission on all paying subscribers referred via their custom referral code (`/r/[code]`).

• Permanent Dashboard Access: Approved affiliates maintain 100% permanent access to their Affiliate Dashboard to track clicks and request payouts even if their paid subscription or trial expires.
• Payout Threshold & Schedule: Commissions are paid out within 24-48 hours via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Crypto upon reaching the minimum threshold. Self-referrals and fraudulent cookie stuffing are strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

DropMind provides product intelligence and ad analytics on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While our algorithms provide high-accuracy market estimates, DropMind does not guarantee specific store sales revenue or ad campaign profitability.

In no event shall DropMind Tech Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
